My stay at the hotel was a mix of charm and some small gaps. The rooms have their unique character, some with lovely wood burning fireplaces, but they could use better furniture, and the overall size was smaller than anticipated. The staff went out of their way to help, although language barriers created slight communication challenges. The location is fantastic, nestled in a peaceful wooded area yet close to the lively downtown market. Dining offered a varied menu, but the presentation did not always match the delicious flavors. Despite these minor issues, the tranquil setting, attentive service, and cozy rooms made for a pleasant stay.

A truly romantic and quiet location with both Western and Asian food options, although the Asian dishes might lack authenticity.
The hotel had a horrible decor and was barely furnished into suites, but the staff were very nice and helpful. The location is only a 10-minute drive to Dalat's center, providing easy access to many tourist sites and restaurants. The dining experience was good but not at a 5-star level.
